Currently in this place the Artist Fair can be found. It currently has about a hundred posts of Uruguayan and Argentinian artisans who enroll every year to participate in it. The crafts offered are all original creations. Among the present crafts that stand out are accessories to complement clothing and leather, wood and stones products of Uruguayan origin.

During the time of Francisco Pirie the showers and baths of the Piriapolis Hotel could be found here. Also at the top of the building the Palace Beer and the Argentine cinema worked. Today there is no construction trace of them.

During the summer, the Artist Fair opens from 13 to 24 hours every day. In March it opens on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 17:30 to 23:30 and on Easter it opens every day at that same time. The rest of the year opens Saturdays and Sundays from 14 to 18 hours.
