Piria buys from Ms. Nícida Olivera over 2,700 acres of countryside from the Pan de Azúcar hill to the sea coast, kicking off its agricultural enterprise dedicated to the cultivation of tobacco, olives, chestnuts, grapes and the production of wines and liquors called "cognacquina".

The administration of the productive activity takes place in an old existing building called "The Central", now known as "Quebrada del Castillo".
